Shipping & Delivery
At Le Sorelle our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being place. Please note, however, that any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. The team at Le Sorelle makes every effort to dispatch your items on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated times.
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Free - Pick Up from Burnside
- Free Local Delivery (Orders over £30)
- UK Delivery Over £40 - Free
- Standard Delivery - £2.95
- Express Delivery - £6.50
- Next Day Delivery - £8.95
*Please Note - Parcels will typically be delivered with 1-5 days but days may vary depending on demand.
Option 1: Pick up from Burnside - Free of Charge - your order can be placed and paid online and collected from our Burnside Store at no additional cost.
Option 2: Local Delivery (Orders over £30) - For orders £30 or more. Your order can be placed and paid online and we will drop off your order to you free of charge. This only applies to locations within a 5 mile radius from both stores.
Option 3: Free Shipping Over £40 - For orders £40 or more, we will post to you for free to any address located in the UK, and normally within 2-5 working days.
Option 4: Standard Delivery - £2.95 - To any address located in the UK, and normally within 2-5 working days.
Option 5: Express Delivery - £6.50 - To any address located in the UK, and normally within 1-2 working days.
Option 6: Next Day Delivery - £8.95 - To any address located in the UK. Orders placed before 12pm will be posted the Next Working Day. Please note this service may take 2 working days due to certain UK addresses and orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be posted the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Posting costs indicated above are for all UK Deliveries Postage times may vary depending on delivery destinations or due to a high demand. If your items purchased are not able to be dispatched within the timescale indicated then we will notify you. Delivery times quoted are estimates only based on availability and normal delivery times in working days.
If we are unable to deliver or post your order within 30days of purchase, then we will notify the customer and offer a refund or the customer will be entitled to ask for a full refund.
In order to cancel, the customer must let us know after they have placed an order and before delivery date.
Le Sorelle will send a completed email to you to let you know that your order has now been completed and posted.
Le Sorelle does not accept liability for shortages or damage to delivers. Le Sorelle will always place a "Please do not bend" or "Fragile" sticker on the packaging.
The customer has to accept the items when they are ready for delivery.
Postage is deemed to take place when the items are delivered to the customers nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer.
